Primary color
For a light theme - it's recommended that the primary color will be dark enough to show up on the background:
Recommended contrast ratio is above 4.5 (test your contrast here)
For a dark theme - it's recommended that the primary color will be light enough to show up on the background:

It's recommended that the primary color will be different enough from the text color (to be able to differentiate between actions and info):

For a light theme - it's recommended that the page background color will be darker than the containers background color:
For a dark theme - it's recommended that the page background color will be darker than the containers background color:
Background image are recommended to be dark or light enough so text will be able to appear on it:
