American Fortress is a send-to-name wallet built to make crypto transactions safer, replacing risky wallet addresses with human-readable names and stealth addresses that resist phishing. As they launched, they needed to drive real adoption: wallet downloads, name claims, and social growth. They turned to Snag to build the program that would get them there.

The Challenge

American Fortress was launching and needed to convert interest into concrete actions quickly, without pulling their team into building loyalty infrastructure from scratch. Specifically, they needed to:

  • Drive wallet downloads and FortressName claims at launch

  • Turn social and community energy into measurable signups

  • Reward referrals to pull in users from their own audience and partner ecosystems

  • Launch fast, on their own brand, without an engineering build

The Solution

Snag stood up a white-label loyalty program on American Fortress’s own branded subdomain, live in just five days. Using the Loyalty Engine, they configured the rules that drove the actions that mattered: claiming a FortressName, downloading the American Fortress wallet, joining and earning roles in their Discord, completing referrals to bring in users from their audience and partner ecosystems, and sharing the program itself. A points system and public leaderboard gave users a reason to keep participating, and Snag’s User Intelligence tracked referrals and signups so the team could see where their growth was coming from. Because the whole program was white-label and hosted, American Fortress did not have to build any of it themselves.

The Results

In the first two months of the program, American Fortress saw:

  • 3,000+ wallet downloads driven

  • 3,000+ FortressNames claimed

  • 10,000 new followers on X

  • Live in 5 days, fully branded, with no engineering build

Why It Worked

The white-label path let American Fortress launch a working acquisition engine in days rather than months, and channel scattered social and community attention into concrete onchain actions, downloads and name claims, that actually mattered for their launch. Referral rules extended that reach into partner ecosystems, turning their loyalty page into a growth channel rather than a static rewards list.
