Hey Snag fam - welcome back to our monthly product update, where we share what’s new across our platform for both current and future partners.
We’re shipping faster than ever, and every release is focused on helping you build high-performing loyalty programs with less lift and more flexibility. Below is a roundup of the biggest product improvements from this past month - including new tools for support, AI docs integration, NFT reward upgrades, and more.
Let’s dive in 👇

New Product Feature: User Support Tool (Inside Admin)
Snag has always been loved for its self-serve admin tooling and transparent reporting - but we’ve taken it a step further with a major quality-of-life upgrade: the User Support tool, now live inside the Snag Admin panel.
What It Does
Managing community programs can get noisy. When a user flags an issue, partners often need to dig into wallet history, adjust points, or troubleshoot account behavior. We realized our existing onchain CRM was great for bulk actions, but not optimized for single user support tickets.
Now, admins can:
Search users by wallet, user ID, or X handle
View individual transaction history
Make real-time profile updates and point adjustments
Resolve support issues instantly - no Slack back-and-forth needed
This tool makes it easier than ever to manage edge cases, respond quickly to community concerns, and stay fully transparent with your most engaged users.
Programs run smoother when support gets simpler. That’s what we just delivered.

Docs, Meet AI: Helping Devs Build Loyalty Faster
In 2025, AI is changing everything - and Web3 devs aren’t writing code the same way they used to.
We noticed something interesting: partners were using AI coding assistants like Cursor, WindSurf, and Claude to work with Snag’s API docs. So we decided to make the experience seamless.
What We Shipped
Snag Docs now work natively with AI dev tools. This means faster builds, smoother onboarding, and less time wasted context-switching.
Here’s how we did it:
Model Context Protocol (MCP) – Streams real-time API context to the dev’s AI assistant
llms.txt / llms-full.txt – Standardized files that let LLMs ingest and answer questions directly from our docs
Why It Matters
Half of our partners now build directly with Snag’s APIs. Our goal is to help them go from 0 to live as fast as possible - and this AI upgrade is one more way we’re doing that.
Build fast. Ship loyalty faster.

Token Purchase Rule, Now with Value-Based Rewards
One of Snag’s most-used rules just got a major upgrade.
We’ve always helped partners reward users for purchasing tokens onchain - but now, we’ve made it far more customizable with support for value-based logic. That means you can now reward based on how much a user spends, not just whether a purchase happened.
Total Flexibility Inside Admin
Inside our Token Purchase rule, partners can now define reward brackets by USD value traded - for example, $1–$100, $100–$500, and beyond - each with its own reward logic.
This upgrade includes:
Set custom price ranges by USD value
Assign points, badges, or multipliers to each bracket
Configure reward cadence (daily, weekly, etc.)
Toggle 10+ logic options for deeper control (including value-based triggers)
All of this is available inside our no-code admin panel, giving partners a seamless way to deploy high-impact campaigns - from mints to secondary sales to VIP collector rewards.
This is one of the most important rule upgrades we've made - and it's already helping projects engage high-value users more strategically.
Like everything we build at Snag: fast, flexible, and built for scale.

Multi-Wallet Visibility in Leaderboards
We recently launched wallet linking to help users merge multiple wallets into a single onchain profile - and now, we’re extending that functionality to the leaderboard experience.
What’s New
When a user connects multiple wallets to their Snag profile, they’ll now see both wallet addresses clearly displayed in leaderboard views. This brings more transparency and trust to your community while keeping rewards and recognition unified across all wallets.
Why It Matters
Many users interact with your ecosystem from more than one wallet - whether it’s cold storage, hot wallets, or cross-chain activity. Now, instead of fragmenting their rank or forcing users to choose one wallet over another, Snag:
Consolidates points across linked wallets
Displays each wallet in the profile for clarity
Preserves sybil-resistance with social gating logic

It’s a small but powerful UX upgrade that makes it easier for your users to track progress and show off their status - no matter how many wallets they use.
