Hey Snag fam — welcome to our very first monthly product update blog!
We’re launching this series to keep current and future partners in the loop on new product features.
At Snag, being customer-obsessed is one of our core values. We’re always looking for new feature recommendations, and our roadmap has always been shaped by feedback from the teams we are working with. Below is a roundup of the biggest product updates we made over this past month to power growth for Web 3 projects like yours.

Smarter Onchain Event Logic
We’re always working to make our onchain tooling more flexible, especially for teams who want to reward users without touching code. This month, we upgraded our onchain event rule engine to make it easier than ever to build creative, abuse-resistant campaigns.
Here’s what’s new:
Point Caps by Timeframe
You can now cap how many points a user can earn from a smart contract or external event rule over a set period — daily, weekly, monthly, or lifetime.
This helps prevent farming abuse and gives partners more control over reward distribution.
Multiply Points by Onchain Value
Want to reward based on token volume, spend, or gas used? You can now multiply points based on the onchain value of an event.
This feature is toggleable directly in the admin panel via the new “Reward per token” field — ideal for incentivizing high-value actions.

Progress Bars for Quests
Quests with multiple steps deserve clear real-time feedback — and that’s exactly what we delivered.
By popular demand, we’ve added progress bars to both our white-label front-end and API-based implementations. This makes it easier for users to track their journey and stay motivated to complete entire quest chains.
Now, users see their progress update live as they:
Stack achievements
Earn badges
Unlock deeper questlines
Live Now: Partners like OpenSea are already using this feature — check it out at opensea.io/rewards. And it's available to all partners starting today.
Unified Wallet Profiles (Multi-Wallet Linking)
Bringing new users into Web3 is one of our core goals — but fragmented wallet experiences have always been a blocker. So, we fixed that.
We launched a powerful system that lets users link multiple wallets into a single unified profile, complete with shared social metadata like Twitter, Discord, badges, and more.
Here’s what partners can configure:
Profiles restricted to a single wallet
Profiles with one wallet per chain (EVM, SOL, SUI, etc.)
Profiles supporting up to 4 wallets per chain
When there’s conflicting metadata (like profile name or socials), we prompt users to confirm which data they want to keep.
To keep the system sybil-resistant, we also limit social actions (like Twitter follows) to one per handle - no matter how many wallets are linked.
This balances flexibility with integrity, and makes point programs more seamless for both users and dev teams.

New Rule: Reward Users for Spending in Shopify
As Web3 projects blend digital communities with physical commerce, we’re helping teams connect the dots — starting with real-world spend-based rewards.
This month, we launched the ‘Spend in Shopify’ rule, making it easy for partners to tie Shopify purchases to onchain loyalty programs.
How It Works
We’ve integrated Shopify’s API so projects can automatically award points based on how much a user spends (in USD) across preset dollar ranges. With just a few minutes of setup, teams can:
Connect their Shopify store domain and access token
Define custom point rewards for spend thresholds
Automatically reward users inside the Snag platform based on purchases
This unlocks powerful loyalty programs that bridge digital and physical experiences. Web3 commerce is going mainstream. We're making it easy to reward your biggest fans along the way.

New Rule: Track and Reward Token Swaps (Powered by Relay)
Swapping is one of the most common user actions in Web3 — and now, with our new “Swap rule”, you can reward users for it directly in the Snag admin panel.
Whether same-chain or cross-chain, swaps are high-intent behaviors — and we’ve made it easy to include them in your growth program.
How It Works
We’ve integrated with Relay to power this rule, enabling seamless tracking and rewarding of swaps. With just a few clicks, you can:
Reward users for swaps between any two tokens
Set rules based on volume, token pairs, or swap frequency
Track both same-chain and cross-chain swaps (via Relay’s bundled execution)
This unlocks powerful new reward mechanics without requiring your team to manage the underlying infrastructure. It’s a huge step forward for Web3 UX - and we're excited to deepening our relationship r with Relay.
Swaps are core to DeFi and user onboarding. Now, they’re also a core part of your loyalty program.

That wraps up our first monthly update! We’ve got more exciting features rolling out soon — including some big moves on analytics, social growth, and token program design.
