The Snag engineering team is closing out the summer on a high note, delivering major product extensions and setting the stage for a strong finish to 2025. As Web3 diversifies, so does the profile of a typical Snag customer - and our product suite grows alongside them. This month’s releases are clear proof of our product-led growth philosophy.

Mint, Redeem, and Reward on Solana - Now in Snag Rewards Shop

One of Snag’s most powerful product features has always been our Rewards Shop:  a no-code tool for partners to mint, list, and sell assets in their ecosystem. Top projects like FLOW blockchain, Chimpers, and Talus Network leverage this feature today to offer unique digital and physical assets to users.  Until now, that entire flow was EVM-only.

As of this month, Solana is now fully supported for Snag’s Rewards Shop product.

What’s New

Solana projects can now:

  • Mint assets directly through Snag’s admin panel on Solana

  • List those assets for redemption using loyalty points, SOL, or USDC in your Rewards Shop with our easy page-builder tools.

  • Customize trait data, media, quantity, and even burn-to-redeem logic

  • Offer badge-gated minting to whitelist users for custom experiences

From merch to token-gated claims, you can now launch redemptions natively on Solana in minutes. No dev work needed.

Why This Matters

Solana’s ecosystem has exploded with consumer-facing projects - from gaming to RWAs and Depin to community collectibles. These communities need simple, fast ways to:

  • Onboard new users with user retention flywheels

  • Recognize long-term engagement with unique rewards

  • Deliver seamless user experiences

We’re expanding our ecosystem and letting teams on Solana give users the seamless Web2-like redemption flow they expect, powered by onchain infrastructure.

Solana speed, Snag UX. Great combo.

New Social Channel Unlocked: Reward Users for TikTok Engagement

In Q2, we added our fifth social media integration, tracking subscriptions and comments on YouTube. Now we’re releasing our 6th with one of the most important channels for social engagement in the modern era: TikTok.

This week, the ‘Post on TikTok’ rule will be live for projects to reward their community members based on the number of impressions they’ll receive on their TikTok posts.

This unlocks dozens of new ways for projects to empower community members with outsized rewards for the unique content they generate on TikTok.

Once the “Post on TikTok” rule is live in the Snag admin panel, you can:

  • Require specific hashtags in a post (e.g. #mintlive)

  • Trigger rewards immediately upon detection

  • Assign points, multipliers, or badges as rewards

  • Customize reward frequency and add links/media to the CTA

We’ll then be able to support rewards based on post impressions - just like we do for X already - unlocking a more scalable way to reward creators based on actual reach, not just actions.

Why It Matters

TikTok continues to be a major driver of culture, content, and crypto virality - especially with younger audiences. This integration gives projects a new surface area to:

  • Activate new creators

  • Drive organic growth vs. rewarding 1:1 actions like ‘follows’ and ‘reposts’

  • Reward the most impactful content in their community

If you're running a social-heavy campaign or gearing up for a token launch, TikTok will soon be a fully trackable and rewardable channel inside Snag.

Smaller Updates

  • Added option for multiple text checks in the Post on X rule - Admins can now add multiple inputs for the types of texts they would like to check users’ posts for. (see image below)

  • Added ‘Connect YouTube’ rule - Users can now be rewarded for connecting their YouTube account to a project’s loyalty platform.

  • Fetching Badge Holders in Stratus - Inside Stratus, admins can now fetch user data for users who hold badges. This will be instrumental for some upcoming logic shipments for Stratus.

  • New Anti-Sybil Data on X - We can now identify how many of a project's followers are ‘suspended’ accounts to give a better understanding of your user base.
